What We're Looking For

We are looking for influencer marketing consultants who are passionate about the industry and want to demonstrate their expertise through contract work. Our clients typically seek consultant opportunities with availability ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day management of client relationships, providing proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and expertise to client stakeholders.

  • Source, vet, and activate creators across various platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Substack, etc., that align with the brand's voice and target audiences.
  • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation models with creators, striking a balance between performance goals and budget efficiency.
  • Partner with clients and creators on whitelisting and paid amplification campaigns, ensuring creative assets and targeting strategies maximize performance.
  • Build and execute compensation strategies using flat fee, CPA, or hybrid models, optimizing for performance while aligning with creator expectations and client ROI goals.
  • Collaborate with creators on content planning, briefs, and approvals to ensure brand consistency while maintaining creator authenticity.

  • Provide ongoing campaign reporting and insights, highlighting creative performance, content engagement, conversion trends, and new opportunities.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer programs with proven success in driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, content formats, and creator compensation models (flat fee, affiliate commission, gifting, hybrid).
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable building relationships with creators, presenting to clients, and translating campaign results into actionable insights.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to use data to optimize creator selection, content formats, and campaign performance.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, moving fluidly from sourcing and negotiating with creators to reporting and scaling campaigns.
  • A natural relationship-builder with a network of creators, agencies, and platform contacts.
  • Experience in some of our core verticals, such as Retail, Health & Wellness, CPG, B2B/Prosumer, FinTech, Subscription & Services.
Bonus Experience
