What You'll Do
This role offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines with long-term growth opportunities. In this role you will:
  • Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
  • Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
  • Support projects and heavy haul operations
  • Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
  • Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
  • Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites

What You Bring
Required:
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Preferred:
  • Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
  • CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
  • Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations:
  • Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
