Job Description

This is a rotating shift - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.


Essential duties include the following:

Daily loading of Co-Products trucks

Maintain and operate machinery.

By-Products - Quality test run on various by-products manufactured including daily hull samples received from mill.

Sample/Analyze products as requested by Rice Co-Products or management.

Maintain records.

Keep file samples.

Quality Assurance sheet regarding all outbound By-Products loads

Cleaning Schedules

Fire Extinguishers

End of Month product disposal report

Enter bill of ladings into the computer system

Must also keep driveway areas in good condition which includes chat applications, grading asphalt and use of street sweeper, tractors, blowers, trimmers, spray rig.

Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work in a dusty environment and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.

The noise level is usually loud.


Education Requirements

High Scholl diploma or equivalent preferred.
