Our fun culture, passion for living well, enviable Boulder location, commitment to exceptional work, and dedication to giving back to our community make SRG a place people genuinely enjoy coming to every day. We're independent, privately held, and proudly majority women-owned and led. While we have a rich history, we're always evolving to meet what's next.

We're a 50+ employee integrated brand ignition and marketing firm that helps brands grow with purpose. As the day-to-day paid social expert, you'll build and manage campaigns, optimize performance, and translate data into strategic media and creative recommendations that drive measurable business results.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Execution
    • Build strategic paid social recommendations with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok. Additional experience across Google (YouTube), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, X, and emerging platforms is a plus and will help support a diverse portfolio of clients.
    • Own paid social planning, implementation, management, optimization, and reporting across assigned clients.
    • Develop full-funnel paid social strategies that support awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention objectives.
    • Manage campaigns directly within platform dashboards, ensuring best-in-class execution.

    • Partner with Media, Search, and Account teams to build integrated campaign recommendations.
  • Accelerate Ecommerce & Performance Marketing
    • Help grow SRG's ecommerce and DTC practice through strategic paid social programs while continuing to support brand-building and full-funnel campaigns across a variety of clients.
    • Lead paid social customer acquisition initiatives for ecommerce and DTC brands.
    • Leverage a variety of measurement approaches, reporting platforms, and data sources to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategic recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve audience strategy, creative, campaign performance, and measurement to drive business growth.
  • Champion Creative Performance
    • Partner closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native paid social creative.
    • Develop creative testing roadmaps evaluating messaging, formats, creators, hooks, audiences, and platform-native content.

    • Define campaign KPIs and measurement approaches that align with campaign objectives and meaningful business outcomes.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks using platforms such as Adriel and Motion to communicate campaign performance and actionable insights.
    • Build reporting that tells a story what that illustrates what worked, what didn't, why it happened, and what to test next.
    • Present campaign performance to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Cultivate Client Partnerships
    • Partner with Account and Media teams to build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business, competitive landscape, and growth objectives.

  • Strengthen Paid Social Excellence at SRG
    • Research and recommend emerging platforms, technologies, AI tools, and paid social innovations.
    • Share platform updates, best practices, and thought leadership across the agency.
