Job description

RGA is seeking a seasoned Chief Audit Executive to lead Global Audit & Advisory. This role directs internal audit strategy, risk-based planning, and governance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to executive leadership and the Board.

Based at RGA's St. Louis headquarters, with travel up to 50%. Remote candidates considered if relocation is not possible. Requires CIAs, CPA, and 15+ years in senior audit leadership within financial services or insurance.
