Operations Lead, Real Estate Design and Delivery

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Lead key scope, schedule, risk and financial control processes across regions, including capital expenditure forecasting, monthly cost and QA/QC reviews, project spend request validations, and active project tracking.
  • Oversee core portfolio reporting—executive project updates, portfolio performance and variance analysis, compliance, and supplier performance metrics—while maintaining data integrity within project management/financial tracking systems.
  • Analyze operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, build standard operating procedures and playbooks, and drive deployment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for regional project delivery teams regarding project controls, financial tracking, and operational standards.
  • Partner with regional design and delivery leads, central finance teams, and stakeholders to align regional real estate operations with corporate strategy and governance.
