About the job
As a member of the Real Estate team, you are a critical thinker with versatile knowledge on the front lines of Google's physical expansion. Google cannot grow without you. You help manage the spatial requirements for a workforce that is growing at lightning speed to ensure that the job is not only done to Google's high and industry-setting standards, but also in a way that promises long-term sustainability and care for our world's resources.
As a Project Executive and a key member of the Real Estate Design and Delivery (Americas) team, you will act as the strategic driver for Google's physical space delivery from inception to completion. You will co-create real estate strategy, direct technical due-diligence, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
You will hold accountability for developing project-specific briefs, defining compliant procurement strategies, and owning budgets and master schedules. You will oversee the design process to ensure quality and budget alignment against benchmarks. Once execution begins, you will maintain construction oversight by conducting site walks and leading weekly project meetings. Throughout the lifecycle, you will manage risk transparently, cultivating strong stakeholder alignment across regional and central teams.
