We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead key scope, schedule, risk and financial control processes across regions, including capital expenditure forecasting, monthly cost and QA/QC reviews, project spend request validations, and active project tracking.
• Oversee core portfolio reporting—executive project updates, portfolio performance and variance analysis, compliance, and supplier performance metrics—while maintaining data integrity within project management/financial tracking systems.
• Analyze operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, build standard operating procedures and playbooks, and drive deployment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for regional project delivery teams regarding project controls, financial tracking, and operational standards.
• Partner with regional design and delivery leads, central finance teams, and stakeholders to align regional real estate operations with corporate strategy and governance.
