Job description

SUMMARY:    The Project Manager will be responsible for successful completion of client projects, while ensuring client satisfaction. The position will manage projects by organizing all outsourced products needed, schedule with plants on related products needed, schedule with client all client owned materials, communicating to the plant supervisor deadlines and project scope. This position will manage all factors that are involved in the project to ensure on time and high-quality delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Work closely with Project manager to eliminate potential problems.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Organize and Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes.

Duties may be expanded upon, and additional duties may be assigned.
