Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Rewards Partnership Manager with deep expertise in slots marketing. This individual will be a self-starter with a proven track record in casino promotions, partner marketing, and player engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of casino operations, including slot mechanics, player behavior, and data-driven marketing techniques, to drive player engagement, retention, and profitability. This role requires creativity, analytical precision, and a passion for designing innovative slot promotions, including tournaments, themed events, and loyalty programs that incentivize slot play.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of slot math and player behavior to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Analyze player tracking data to identify trends, optimize promotions, and maximize player lifetime value.

  • Design engaging slot promotions, including tournaments, events, and reward programs that align with player motivations and casino goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Rewards Partners, ensuring alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Regularly review partner KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing performance.

  • Collaborate with partners to identify and implement marketing and technology solutions that boost player engagement and retention.

  • Negotiate and construct offers that balance the needs of PLAYSTUDIOS, Rewards Partners, and players.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner businesses, positioning the Rewards Platform as a tailored marketing solution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless execution of partner offers on the platform.

  • Participate in weekly status meetings across multiple time zones (Central, East Coast, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on slots marketing and promotions.

  • In-depth knowledge of slot math, including RTP, hit frequency, volatility, and player psychology.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting player tracking system data

  • Proven ability to design creative and effective casino marketing campaigns

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners and players.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products

  • Background in hospitality or casino operations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in the Las Vegas, NV office 3 days per week.
