About the Role

LoadUp is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This onsite leadership role in Alpharetta, GA is a chance to build scalable systems, improve revenue predictability, and drive the company's next stage of growth — from lead-to-revenue and quote-to-cash processes to forecasting, CRM strategy, and GTM technology.

ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations & GTM Strategy
  • Lead and scale the RevOps function, developing strategy and roadmap across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Partner with GTM leaders to translate business objectives into scalable processes, systems, and operating plans

  • Establish SLAs, playbooks, and governance across go-to-market teams

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value

Lead-to-Revenue & Quote-to-Cash Operations
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end lead-to-revenue and lead-to-cash process, including routing, qualification, pipeline management, pricing governance, and renewals

  • Optimize quote-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracts, billing, and revenue workflows

  • Partner with Finance to improve revenue recognition, billing, and commission processes

  • Build repeatable processes that support efficient growth as the organization scales

Forecasting, Analytics & Revenue Intelligence
  • Develop forecasting models that improve monthly and quarterly revenue predictability

  • Establish pipeline management and CRM hygiene standards across the organization

  • Build executive dashboards and self-service analytics for GTM leaders

  • Define and monitor KPIs across the customer and revenue lifecycle

  • Use SQL and BI tools to analyze pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue performance, translating findings into recommendations for leadership

CRM, HubSpot & GTM Technology
  • Own the strategy and performance of the company's go-to-market technology stack, including CRM (HubSpot experience preferred), marketing automation, CPQ, billing, and analytics platforms

  • Own integrations and data integrity across GTM systems

  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to build reliable data flows and scalable system architecture

Revenue Operations Leadership
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team

  • Establish priorities and execution plans that align the RevOps organization with company goals

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product

  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and revenue performance

  • Balance long-term systems strategy with near-term revenue priorities

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, strategy, or related operational roles

  • 3+ years of leadership experience building, managing, or scaling teams

  • Proven experience building or scaling a Revenue Operations function within a high-growth organization

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation, CPQ, billing systems, RevOps platforms, and data warehouses

  • Hands-on experience developing revenue forecasts, dashboards, and analytical models

  • Experience using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, lead management, and CRM data governance

  • Experience owning lead-to-revenue, lead-to-cash, and quote-to-cash processes

  • Knowledge of commission models, billing operations, and revenue recognition best practices

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance
