Job description

Citian is a fast growing, venture backed SaaS technology company based in Washington, DC. Our software solutions revolutionize how our transportation and infrastructure systems - roads, rail, transit, bicycle, pedestrian - operate.
Our tech solutions:
  • Reduce traffic fatalities
  • Enhance pedestrian accessibility

Who You Are:
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the mid-funnel operating model and serve as the primary RevOps partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams. You'll take ownership of territory planning and governance, ensuring reps are working the right books with accurate segmentation and clean ownership transitions. You'll drive process clarity, pipeline health, forecasting hygiene, and cross-functional governance that make the middle of the funnel predictable, well-documented, and scalable. Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of revenue operations or sales operations experience with exposure to pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (experience as an administrator is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with territory design including segmentation logic, account scoring, ownership routing, and managing transitions at scale
  • Experience designing and documenting end-to-end sales processes - stage definitions, SLAs, territory rules, and operating cadences

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Venture-backed, start-up experience
  • Experience working within GovTech or with Public Sector clients

Your Citian Advantage:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance and generous PTO.
  • 401(k) company match and monthly commuter transportation benefit
  • On-site gym and free snacks in the office
  • High-growth potential and opportunities for advancement within a fast growing, venture-backed SaaS startup!
