Job description

About Dreamdata

Dreamdata is the industry leader in B2B marketing attribution and activation. We're on a mission to help B2B marketing leaders finally connect their efforts directly to real revenue - solving a complex problem that has plagued the industry for years.

It's working. We have achieved strong product-market fit and are experiencing explosive, triple-digit YoY growth. This momentum is now backed by a recent $55,000,000 Series B funding round set to fuel our rocketship as we scale globally.

We're now scaling our GTM engine and are looking for a hands-on RevOps Manager to help us build reliable, scalable revenue systems across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success functions.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Revenue Operations role with a strong technical focus on systems architecture, automation, and integrations. The role requires ownership of core GTM systems and building scalable workflows across the stack. If you are motivated by leveraging AI to design, integrate, and extend internal tools, this is an opportunity to help shape the next generation of our internal platform and data infrastructure.

You'll report directly to the COO, with day-to-day priorities and operational guidance coming from the Senior Revenue Operations Manager. You'll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our GTM systems are clean, automated, and dependable as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own HubSpot administration including objects, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and routing logic
  • Design, build, and maintain Zapier/n8n automations, including multi-step workflows, error handling, and monitoring
  • Work with routing and round-robin logic based on segment, geography, and SLA requirements
  • Support SDR outbound workflows through system design and automation
  • Maintain data hygiene across GTM systems (deduplication, enrichment, validation)
  • Own and monitor integrations across GTM tools, ensuring sync reliability and fast issue resolution
  • Partner closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS to translate GTM needs into scalable system solutions

Requirements

Must-Have
  • Design, build, and continuously optimize GTM processes through automated workflows, reducing manual work across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success
  • Hands-on experience as a HubSpot Admin (workflows, objects, lifecycle, routing)
  • Strong experience with Zapier or similar products, including complex, multi-step automations
  • Experience building and maintaining web forms and demo request flows
  • Solid understanding of lead routing, round-robin logic, and GTM handoffs
  • Comfortable working closely with commercial stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about owning systems end-to-end
  • Experience with SQL or a similar querying language to extract and analyze data across our systems
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience supporting SDR tooling (e.g. Outreach, Orum)
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
  • Experience with reverse ETL tools (Hightouch)
  • Exposure to product or web analytics tools (Segment)
  • Experience with BigQuery and Looker
  • Exposure to software development processes
  • Exposure to finance operations
Location
  • New York, NY
  • Some travel to our Copenhagen office should be expected

Benefits

At Dreamdata, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Join us in shaping the future of B2B marketing analytics and activation while developing your skills and growing your career.

We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse workplace where everyone can thrive. If you're passionate about building meaningful connections and helping businesses succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Total Compensation: ~$145k for the right candidate
  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 100% Covered
  • 401(k)
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Office dogsÂ
