Job description

About Seated

Seated exists to help restaurants thrive in an industry defined by thin margins and underutilized capacity.

We unlock incremental demand by connecting restaurants to a network of millions of high-intent diners through demand-driven pricing and rewards. By intelligently filling empty tables, Seated enables operators to reach new guest profiles, motivate first-time visits, and increase visit frequency—while driving higher average check sizes and sustainable, profitable growth.

Seated is active in 19 U.S. markets and continues to expand nationally as we build technology that delivers measurable value for both restaurants and guests.
Role Overview

Seated is seeking a Partnerships Operations & Account Manager to support and scale our growing network of strategic distribution partners, including companies like Bilt, Mastercard, and Rakuten.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, this role is equal parts partnerships, operations, and project management. You'll own the operational execution behind our partnerships program - sourcing new opportunities, managing partner launches, coordinating cross-functional implementation, and serving as the primary day-to-day contact for live partners. You'll work closely with Partnerships, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Enablement to ensure every partnership launches successfully, performs well, and continues to grow over time.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, managing multiple work streams, and serving as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective distribution partners and maintain an organized partnership pipeline within the CRM.
  • Conduct initial outreach and schedule discovery meetings for the VP of Partnerships.
  • Manage the operational process of moving partners from signed agreement through launch.
  • Project manage new partner implementations, coordinating timelines and technical requirements with Engineering and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Management to prioritize restaurant onboarding for new partnerships.
  • Lead partner onboarding, validate setup and launch data, and ensure successful go-live.
  • Build and maintain enablement materials, including one-pagers, FAQs, and internal documentation for Sales and Account Management.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for live partners, leading recurring check-ins and managing ongoing requests.
  • Track open action items and drive timely resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and expand existing partnerships.
  • Own recurring reporting and dashboards to monitor partner performance, restaurant adoption, demand trends, and operational health.
  • Proactively identify risks and coordinate cross-functional solutions before issues impact partners or restaurants.
  • Manage the intake and tracking process for partnership-related requests from internal teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, account management, operations, customer success, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, reporting tools, and operational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership with minimal oversight.

Nice to haves

  • Experience supporting API or technical partnerships.
  • Experience working at a B2B SaaS, marketplace, fintech, loyalty, or restaurant technology company.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience building operational processes and reporting from the ground up.
  • Exposure to business development, partnership negotiations, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and drive decision-making.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $120,000 + stock options
  • 401k with company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • FSA, dependent care, and commuter benefits
  • Paid parental leave and unlimited PTO
  • TeleDoc, One Medical, Talkspace, and WellHub access
  • Citi Bike membership
  • $100 monthly Seated dining credit
