Job description

Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

About Socure

Socure is the leading provider of digital identity verification and fraud solutions, trusted by the largest enterprises and government agencies to solve identity at scale. Our platform applies advanced machine learning and data science to deliver industry-leading accuracy, reduce fraud, and accelerate customer onboarding.

About the Role

Socure is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to drive execution of the marketing operations roadmap with a strong emphasis on systems, process, and delivery. This role sits within Revenue Operations and serves as a critical operator supporting the marketing organization.

This is a hands‑on, systems‑oriented role — ideal for someone who can translate marketing priorities into scalable workflows, ensure high‑quality execution across campaigns and data, and orchestrate a modern marketing tech stack.

You will partner closely with Demand Generation and RevOps leadership while managing offshore resources and third‑party consultants to deliver against key initiatives. We are also looking for someone who is excited to bring an AI‑first mindset to marketing operations — continuously identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the marketing operations roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable systems and process improvements

  • Own day‑to‑day management and optimization of the marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and supporting tools

  • Orchestrate data flow and integrations across the GTM stack (e.g., enrichment, routing, intent signals, and campaign activation tools)

  • Build and maintain lead management infrastructure (scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, SLAs) with strong QA and governance standards

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance measurement across channels (LinkedIn, web, conversational marketing, etc.)

  • Partner with Demand Gen to operationalize campaign execution and improve consistency, speed, and data integrity

  • Support intent‑based and account‑based workflows leveraging tools like 6sense and Qualified

  • Maintain and improve data quality across systems, leveraging tools such as RingLead and enrichment providers

  • Develop and maintain funnel reporting and performance insights (MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue) in partnership with RevOps

  • Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions to improve efficiency, campaign execution, lead management, and reporting

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging GTM and AI tools into the existing marketing operations stack where they create clear leverage

  • Manage offshore resources and third‑party consultants, driving prioritization, accountability, and delivery quality

What You’ll Bring
  • 6–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems roles

  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, plus experience across modern marketing tech stacks

  • Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, Apollo, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Qualified, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics

  • Demonstrated ability or strong interest in leveraging AI to improve marketing operations workflows and systems

  • Experience integrating and operationalizing multiple tools across the demand generation lifecycle

  • Proven track record as a systems‑oriented operator executing against defined roadmaps

  • Experience managing offshore teams and/or external vendors or consultants

  • High attention to detail with strong QA discipline and process rigor

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues across systems and data flows

  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools such as Momentum.io, Common Room (Circle), or other emerging GTM technologies

  • Exposure to account‑based marketing (ABM) and intent‑driven campaign orchestration

  • Experience implementing AI or automation initiatives within marketing, RevOps, or GTM systems

  • Experience in fintech, identity, fraud, or other regulated industries

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • High‑impact role with clear ownership of marketing systems and execution

  • Opportunity to help shape an AI‑forward, modern GTM operating model

  • Close partnership with RevOps and executive leadership

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
