Job description

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, independent, and growth-minded Commercial Ops Systems Admin to own, scale, and optimize our commercial technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations amp; Enablement, you will serve as the primary administrator for our core tech stack, ensuring seamless tooling performance, analytics visibility, and team adoption.
You will act as the foundational administrator for Salesforce while fully owning the lifecycle of our peripheral platforms. Crucially, you will not be building complex integrations from scratch; instead, you will partner closely with internal Engineering teams and external RevOps consultants to design and deploy system connections.
Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Administration: Maintain daily system health, execute user management, handle account merging, manage data cleansing, and build customized reports and dashboards. Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, internal end users, and Salesforce.
  • Tech Stack Ownership: Serve as the application owner for Gong, ZoomInfo, and Cirrus Insight, managing vendor configurations, user onboarding, scaling efforts, and utilization analytics.
  • Integration amp; Consulting Partnership: Partner closely with internal Engineering teams and external RevOps consultants to scope, test, and co-manage system integrations, both existing and future requests.
  • Future System/Tool Deployment: Lead internal efforts while supporting external consultants and the Head of RevOps during future implementation of GTM (Go-to-Market) system configuration and deploying, including but not limited to ABM (Account-Based-Marketing) or CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solutions.
  • Enablement Alignment: Collaborate with the Enablement function to translate system updates, enhancements, and workflow modifications into training materials and clear documentation for the commercial teams.
  • Data Hygiene amp; Enhancements: Run routine optimization audits, identify workflow bottlenecks, and build declarative system enhancements (validation rules, page layouts, flow automations).
  • Reporting amp; Analytics: Ability to design, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards within DriveCentrics commercial tech-stack but reactively (by user request) and proactively (analyzing the data, identifying trends, sharing with key internal stakeholders).
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing tools within a modern Go-to-Market (GTM) or RevOps structure.
  • Tool Familiarity: Direct experience or foundational knowledge of Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement/intelligence software.
  • Collaborative Scope: Proven ability to translate commercial needs into technical requirements when working alongside engineers or agency consultants.
  • Soft Skills: High level of independence, detail and process oriented, strong collaboration and communication skills, strong problem-solving mindset, and a proactive desire to learn new SaaS platforms in a distributed, remote work setting.
