Job description

About CherryCherry is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing how patients pay for care. Founded in 2019 by Stanford entrepreneurs (with a prior successful exit), Cherry has built the simplest, fastest, and most inclusive Buy Now, Pay Later solution for healthcare services-from dental and medical aesthetics to veterinary care.
By making treatments more financially accessible, Cherry empowers medical practices to serve more patients. We're backed by leading investors including Kleiner Perkins and DCM, and we're just getting started.
About the RoleWe're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Systems Analyst to support the growth and operational efficiency of Cherry's Revenue and GTM teams. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing systems, surfacing data insights, supporting sales enablement, and improving workflows that power our go-to-market engine.
We view this role as a launchpad to develop our next generation of Go-To-Market Engineers: operators who can blend systems thinking, automation, and AI-enhanced tooling to solve high-impact problems across the revenue lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to grow into a technical systems expert with exposure to integration platforms, cross-functional strategy, and process architecture.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to break into RevOps or systems strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive scalable, data-informed processes. You'll also assist with onboarding, troubleshoot issues across our revenue tech stack, and help optimize the way we use tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Zapier, and Workato.
Responsibilities
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support ongoing and ad hoc reporting needs to help revenue leaders and sales reps understand performance and identify opportunities
  • Systems & Workflow Optimization: Help design and improve processes using tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, and others
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in creating programming and materials for onboarding and enablement, and track effectiveness metrics to scale what works
  • Data Quality & Operations: Identify ways to improve data integrity and unlock opportunities to drive growth through cleaner, more accessible data
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops to diagnose systems issues, share insights, and improve processes
  • Tech Stack Support: Monitor the health and performance of key GTM tools (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, Default, Dialpad, Vitally, DocSend), helping with troubleshooting and user support
  • Project Support: Contribute to strategic projects from kickoff through execution, documenting milestones and managing cross-functional collaboration
  • Web Implementations: Assist with implementing Cherry's payment functionality on partner websites (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix), ensuring seamless user experiences

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in business systems, sales/revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or a related field
  • Strong analytical mindset with Excel skills required; experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Zapier, Vitally, DocSend)
  • Comfortable creating and supporting Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and explain systems or processes clearly
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, business, or quantitative field with high marks preferred
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments
