Are you a hotel sales hunter who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and owning your market? A&R Hospitality Group is searching for a high-impact Area Sales Manager to drive revenue across our Hilton and Holiday Inn Express hotels in the Mobile, AL market.

What You'll Do
Own the Market
  • Proactive Sales - Outside sales calls, site tours, presentations, and relationship-building
  • Market Development - Target corporate, group, government, sports, crew, and project-based business
  • Account Management - Grow key accounts and maintain strong partnerships across Mobile
  • Community Engagement - Represent our hotels with chambers, CVBs, associations, and civic groups

Drive Revenue
  • Brand Collaboration - Work within Hilton & IHG brand systems, tools, and standards
  • Revenue Strategy - Partner with GMs and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and ADR
  • Sales Reporting - Weekly updates, pacing, competitive intel, and sales call documentation

Support the Team
