MDVIP is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Corporate Strategy & Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, enhance operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

This role blends business strategy, clinical and market insights, and operational excellence to transform complex challenges into scalable experiences for both physicians and members. The ideal candidate brings strong customer focus, financial and analytical acumen, and a bias for action. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, sales, engineering, and operations teams to shape evidence-based solutions that elevate preventive and personalized care. 


  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify evolving needs of members and physicians, translating insights into actionable product and business strategies. 
  • Perform in-depth business analyses, including financial modeling, KPI development, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities. 
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale business processes, reduce costs, and enhance performance across areas such as revenue operations, gotomarket execution, supply chain, and customer success. 
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, operating models, and execution roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks that provide real-time insights for senior executives. 
  • Design, optimize, and document internal processes and workflows to increase organizational scalability and speed. 
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, memos, and analyses for leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic reviews. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. 
  • Lead or contribute to high-priority special projects and adhoc analyses in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop meaningful insights. 
  • Experience in product management, marketing, data analytics, strategy, or a similar role within healthcare, B2B, or SaaS environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences. 
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive change. 
  • Highly proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree in finance, analytics, or related field preferred). 
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, product management, or another analytical discipline. 
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems with rigor and clarity. 
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, unit economics, forecasting, and P&L evaluation. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA/macros a plus). 
  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a highownership environment. 
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity. 

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B, consumer, or highgrowth environments. 
  • Background in gotomarket strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations. 
  • Exposure to private equity portfolio operations or value-creation initiatives. 
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience. 
  • Passion for preventive and personalized healthcare.
