As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and helping shape the future of how DailyPay's go-to-market organization operates. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership while collaborating across Marketing, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, and GTM Systems to improve processes, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives.

As part of the broader Revenue Operations team, you will help our customer-facing teams operate more efficiently and make better decisions through data, systems, automation, and scalable business processes. You will contribute directly to key operational workflows, reporting frameworks, forecasting processes, and analytical initiatives while supporting broader efforts across pipeline management, territory planning, operational reporting, process optimization, and revenue technology adoption.

In addition to building a strong foundation of operational excellence, you will help modernize how Revenue Operations supports the business by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging GTM technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and revenue performance. This includes evaluating AI-enabled workflows, supporting adoption across customer-facing teams, and contributing ideas that help shape how DailyPay integrates AI into its revenue operating model.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and proactive problem solver with direct Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience who enjoys working cross-functionally, uncovering insights, improving processes, and turning business challenges into scalable solutions. You'll be given meaningful ownership of high-impact work, exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to learn from experienced Revenue Operations professionals while helping scale DailyPay's revenue organization.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Support the operational rhythm of the Sales organization through pipeline management, forecasting, performance reporting, and day-to-day sales operations execution. Partner with Revenue and Sales leadership on territory planning, quota allocation, capacity planning, and other strategic initiatives that support predictable revenue growth.

Revenue Analytics & Business Insights

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models that provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, funnel performance, and seller productivity.

Translate business data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales Leaders while partnering with GTM Systems to ensure CRM architecture, business processes, and reporting requirements support scalable decision-making across the revenue organization.

Revenue Technology, Automation & AI

Partner closely with GTM Systems to help optimize and scale DailyPay's revenue technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, CRM architecture, workflow automation, and adjacent GTM platforms. While not serving as a system administrator, you will help define business requirements, support process improvements, and contribute to operational enhancements that improve scalability, adoption, and reporting effectiveness. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, seller productivity, forecasting accuracy, account prioritization, and decision-making across the revenue organization. Support the evaluation, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows and emerging GTM technologies.

Cross-Functional Revenue Operations

Collaborate with Marketing, Channel Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, and GTM Systems to improve go-to-market processes and revenue performance. Contribute to initiatives that remove operational friction, improve alignment across teams, and create a more seamless customer lifecycle.

Data Governance & Operational Excellence

Help maintain the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across revenue systems. Support governance standards, process documentation, and continuous improvement efforts that ensure scalability, consistency, and trust in business reporting.

What You Bring to The Team:
  • 2–4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related GTM Operations function supporting B2B sales organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their work, is eager to learn, and thrives in ambiguous, evolving environments.

  • Demonstrated curiosity around AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications that improve business outcomes, seller productivity, or operational efficiency.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or B2B software company.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern GTM technologies such as Gong, Nooks, Salesloft, Clay, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, or emerging GTM technologies that improve operational efficiency, seller productivity, or business decision-making.

  • Experience supporting sales planning, forecasting, territory design, quota management, pipeline analysis, or revenue performance initiatives.

  • Aptitude for data governance, process improvement, and operational scalability.

  • Experience building executive level reporting and dashboards that support business leaders and operational decision-making.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
