Job description

  • Lead teams that drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver achievement of monthly sales targets and advance strategic priorities.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to understand and remove blockers so that team goals can be met.
  • Analyze historical sales performance metrics to identify trends, anticipate risks to current plans, and uncover new opportunities. Use this insight to identify in-month opportunities or potential gaps and collaborate with sales leadership on the appropriate actions to resolve gap or capture opportunities.
  • Direct coordinated Sales activities by reviewing Partner performance metrics, diagnosing underperforming accounts, developing plans for recovery, then presenting solutions and implementing plans across groups of Sellers.
  • Build and maintain financial models to quantify expected program impact upfront; rigorously track performance post-launch, evaluate outcomes against targets, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations on next steps and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive rapid execution against priorities by removing obstacles with urgency; align cross-functional teams around a clear path forward and ensure timely delivery of high-impact results.
  • Resolve complex issues that will enhance sales team performance, provide insights, and support training programs . Document and quantify short term risks and opportunities. Present executive updates related to R&O's along with mitigation plans to Executive Sales Leadership for input into sales forecasting, pipeline management, and goal-setting to align sales activities with strategic objectives
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand the data extracted from different applications to fabricate detailed target lists for field sales activities.
  • Facilitate business processes between sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams. Identify and eliminate areas of waste in processes as well as author new processes as needed to improve overall business performance.
  • Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and achievement of revenue goals. Implement process improvements in order to enable future efficiencies.
  • Author the definition of objectives/KPIs and define the opportunities that can drive growth for strategic areas of the business
  • Lead cross functional Sales initiatives related to accelerating revenue including regular report outs to Executive stakeholders and C-suite.
  • Streamline internal processes to best support and serve both Chamberlain and our Partners
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering or a related field

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experienced with MS Office - Word, Excel (expert level working knowledge preferred), Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Self-starting, efficient, and organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time

The pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - $123,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
