Job description

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a VP of Revenue Marketing to lead Webflow's Revenue Marketing org and be the marketing DRI for the revenue engine: pipeline creation, conversion, expansion marketing, and lifecycle. You'll be accountable for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and iARR across sales-led and partner-led motions, with visibility into self-serve iARR performance in lockstep with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, and Product. This role owns the full line from data diagnosis to strategy to campaign, not just execution against a plan someone else set.
About the role:
  • Location: Remote-first (United States)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • $268,000 - $335,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
  • Application Information:
    • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
    • This posting is for an existing vacancy
  • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer

As a VP, Revenue Marketing you'll ...
  • Revenue & funnel ownership
    • Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and iARR targets (new business + expansion), including forecasting, budget allocation, and channel ROI
    • Balance Demand Creation (category and awareness plays that create future pipeline) with Demand Capture (high-intent programs that efficiently convert in-market demand) with a clear view of CAC, payback, and Cost to Book by channel.
    • Build and optimize the full funnel: lead → MQL/PQL → SAO → closed/won, plus upsell/cross-sell motions
    • Own webflow.com performance as our highest leverage pipeline channel: conversion, channel optimization, and demand capture, in partnership with Product and Brand on experience and design.
  • Team leadership & org design
    • Lead a multi-disciplinary Revenue Marketing org (demand gen, digital channel optimization, field marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle)
    • Build and scale a high-performing team aligned to our sales led and partner led motions.
    • Partner with peer Marketing Leaders to ensure integrated, end-to-end campaigns rather than siloed programs
  • Sales-led growth
    • Work with Sales leadership to prioritize segments and plays, and ensure marketing programs, SDR/BDR sequencing, and AE outreach are orchestrated around those plays
    • Build ABM/account-based plays for mid-market + enterprise in close partnership with SDR/BDR and AE teams
    • Build the Revenue 'feedback loops' from sales calls into messaging, offers, campaign strategy, and competitive positioning.
  • Partner-led growth
    • Partner with VP of Partnership to define partner-sourced pipeline targets by tier and region, and build the co-marketing and enablement programs to hit them
    • Build a partner tiering and activation model: recruit → enable → co-market → measure
    • Develop scalable plays for different partner types, including tech/integration partners, Agencies, and platforms.
  • Lifecycle, expansion, and retention
    • Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation to paid, re-engagement, expansion, and advocacy
    • Partner closely with CS and Product to design and test lifecycle journeys that improve time-to-value, expansion iARR, and multi-product attach
    • Operationalize customer proof as part of core sales plays, measured by win rate, attach, and cycle time
  • Customer Zero
    • "Act as 'Customer Zero' for Product: use Webflow internally at a high bar, surface friction and unmet needs, and translate real internal workflows into prioritized, testable product and GTM requirements."
    • Lead in the AI transformation of our Revenue Marketing team.
About you:
Requirements:
  • 12-15+ years in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, including senior leadership ownership of pipeline and ARR
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize a data diagnosis into a stated strategic thread, and defend that thread.
  • Track record of building trust and results with a new team fast, specifically in the first 30 to 60 days. Clear, sized instructions to directs rather than high volume, ambiguous asks.
  • Proven ability to operate in a sales-led and partner-led model with visibility into self serve iARR performance; knows how these motions feed each other instead of competing
  • Experience building integrated revenue plays (not just channels); can design and run cross-functional plays from concept through enablement to measurement
  • Deep analytics and operating rigor: attribution approach, forecasting, budget optimization, experimentation discipline

You'll thrive as a VP, Revenue Marketing if you:
  • Have credibility with Sales, Partnership, and Product: Known for creating alignment, clarity, and trust
  • AI-native working style: AI-native working style that produces judgement, not just volume. Uses AI to accelerate research and execution, and can articulate where AI output stops and their own synthesis starts.
  • Stay curious and open to growth - demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes - for each other, and for customers.
Benefits
  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that's actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses - from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
