The manager leads a team that handles patient registration, insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. They collaborate closely with clinical, financial, and administrative departments to streamline workflows and implement best practices. Ultimately, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or medical billing and coding.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding standards (ICD-10, CPT), and payer policies.
