The Role

The Revenue Controller oversees the full revenue cycle for the US and Canada entities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely revenue recognition and reporting in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies. • Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives across the revenue cycle, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

  • Support the development and consistent application of revenue accounting policies across the business

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with solid technical grounding in revenue recognition

  • Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP; ability to independently research and document technical accounting positions

  • Experience in complex revenue environments involving multiple performance obligations, project accounting, subscription models, or other ASC 606 judgment areas preferred.

  • Proven experience managing or mentoring direct reports

  • Familiarity with internal controls frameworks and hands-on experience in control design or documentation

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for finance and non-finance audiences

  • Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities with a high degree of ownership
