Role: Lead QE

Location: Atlanta, GA and Frisco, TX

Duration: Long term contract

Responsibilities Lead QE activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off

Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs

Manage test execution on cloud platforms like for faster feedback and scalability

Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across enterprise systems.

Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates

Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams to align testing with Corporate and financial workflows Ensure defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience Experience:

8-12 years Hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation + AI-driven quality insights Strong experience with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, cloud test execution platform (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs etc), and release readiness Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest).

Exposure to Gitlab and CICD tools Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing Strong Knowledge in Telecom (prepaid & postpaid) rating & billing, revenue assurance, tariff & discount logic, compliance & Tax, Regulatory, Domain expertise in telecom, corporate, finance, and accounting workflows from sprint to production Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
