Job description

The Clerk, Returns position provides administrative support for the delivery, receipt, processing, and shipping of returns merchandise. This positions primary focus is guitars and qualified candidates must have knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of a guitar and outer/inner functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Performs various administrative responsibilities related to receiving and shipping returned product, including but not limited to:
    • Bill-of-lading management
    • Aged transfer resolution
    • Return-to-store label generation
    • Schedules delivery and pick-up appointments.
    • Requests, monitors and receives purchase orders from the Support Center
  • Researches inventory issues; physically checking and creating warehouse storage locations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
