Job description

Role
Execute all tasks as a Returns Clerk in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, count, sort, clean, and inspect items returned from our customers.
  • Enter all pertinent information in our company's data base.
  • Issue credits to customer accounts.
  • Track and reconcile inventory of defective items.
  • Bag and label processed items for return to salable inventory.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed.
  • General clerical duties as needed.

Successful Candidates Will Have
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • General data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs.
  • Lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potentially changing priorities.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Basic accounting skills are desirable for this position.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to transition between tasks throughout the day.
