What is a return manager?

Return Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the process of product returns within a company, often within retail, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors. They manage return policies, handle customer inquiries about returns, and coordinate logistics to ensure returned products are processed efficiently and in compliance with company guidelines. Their role typically includes analyzing return data to minimize losses, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline reverse logistics operations.
