Return Associates play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth and efficient returns. They may also communicate with customers regarding return policies and help resolve any issues related to returned goods.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a return associate?

These skills ensure accurate processing, customer satisfaction, and smooth store operations.
