You'll crush this role if you have 4+ years in records retrieval and have done this work firsthand - you know the operational realities inside and out. Must have hands-on experience with online medical records request portals such as Datavant or MRO. You'll also bring 2+ years managing remote teams. You're hands-on and solution-oriented - when someone calls out, you cover it yourself without hesitation. A demonstrated interest in AI tools and workflow automation as the future of retrieval operations is a plus.
