Blissful Retreat Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative team. This remote position, based out of Pueblo, Colorado, offers a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele while delivering essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. Work Environment

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing our therapists flexibility in managing their schedules while maintaining a high standard of care. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varied needs of our patients. We believe in supporting our team with the tools and resources needed for effective communication and cooperation, even in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based therapeutic interventions, taking into account individual, cultural, and social factors.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation strategies.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate in regular case conferences and team training sessions to enhance cultural competence and professional development.
  • Stay updated with current research and best practices in therapy to provide the highest level of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population representing various ethnicities, cultural groups, and identities. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.
  • A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches that reflect cultural competence.
  • Experience providing therapeutic services with a focus on individual and group therapy in culturally responsive ways.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and demonstrated ability to remain composed during challenging situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate relationship building with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other related technology to document patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and confidentiality in all aspects of care.

Compensation and Benefits
