Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our Tempe team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical contracting, proven leadership in project management, and the ability to bridge the gap between field operations and office responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of projects while mentoring and supporting field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction to closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost control measures.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Implement best practices for project management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel-based tracking systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical contracting project management
  • Proven track record managing projects ranging from $20k to $3M across multiple sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor field personnel and coordinate office operations.
  • Proficient in project management software (Bluebeam, Procore) and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
