As a remote mental health counselor at Rethink Counseling, you will be part of a collaborative and compassionate professional community. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, goals, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing various techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and trauma-informed care.
• Set therapeutic goals alongside clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure positive outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy options for clients who prefer or require virtual sessions for convenience or accessibility.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical regulations, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.

Our client population includes individuals dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Many of our clients seek therapy to navigate life transitions, cope with stress, or enhance their overall mental and emotional well-being. You will play a vital role in facilitating their healing process and supporting their journey towards a fulfilling life.

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills with a deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle caseloads and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a mental health therapist or counselor.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and the ability to effectively engage clients in virtual settings.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for implementing innovative approaches to mental health care.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
