Rethink is the leading global provider of online research-based resources to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical tools, staff training and practice management for private ABA service providers. Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team!
We are looking for motivated individuals to support the Sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive and effective communication. Producing a high volume of outbound communication to potential customers through phone calls and emails will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who has a passion for the behavioral health sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound lead flow
  • Generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversion
  • Document and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction history
  • Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas
  • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce
  • Stay current with industry trends
Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience in ABA is required, as a behavior technician or similar role preferably
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
