Job description

Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of direct purchase customers. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships. The Account Manager works closely with Workwear Outfitters, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales to deliver outstanding customer experience while achieving revenue and profitability goals.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, conduct account reviews, build relationships, resolve issues, maintain retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling opportunities including uniforms, FR, hi-vis, mats, facility services, promotional apparel; achieve growth targets.
  • Customer Outreach: Conduct regular Teams meetings to discuss forecasting and other solutions.
  • Account Administration: Prepare proposals, coordinate changes, assist with quotes, maintain CRM.
  • Retention: Monitor satisfaction, reduce attrition.
