Job Description

Within the framework of the brand policy and with a prime objective of developing customer interest in the Jacadi brand, the store manager is responsible for managing a team of people, showcasing the Jacadi brand, driving sales and ensuring efficient organization of the store.  The Store Manager will have the responsibility of optimizing sales results both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2  years experience managing a retail store
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing and leading a team
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • Computer Knowledge:  Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook, Acrobat
  • Ability to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday)

Management of store includes:

  • Providing customer service and responding to customer inquiries and      complaints.
  • Directing and supervising employees
  • Reconciling cash receipts
  • Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory      service and quality goods
  • Inventory stock and reorder
  • Hire, train, and evaluate sales associates
  • Coach and motivate sales associates to optimize customer experience and      sales
  • Create staff schedules
  • Enforcing safety, health, and security rules
  • Lead monthly team meetings
  • Attend area meetings and training events
  • Creating/Checking window displays in compliance with merchandising      guidelines
  • Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and easy to navigate
