Ecommerce Manager -- Lunya & Lingerie Living

Dana-Co

Manhattan, NY โ€ข On-site

$90K - $100K/yr

Full-time

Posted 23 days ago

Job description

New York City · Hybrid (4 days in office, remote Fridays) · $90,000–$100,000

Lunya is one of the most recognized names in premium sleepwear. Lingerie Living is our growing intimates business. Both run on Shopify Plus, both are owned by Dana-co, and we're looking for one person to run the day-to-day of both storefronts.

This is a hands-on job. You'll be the one building the collection page, scheduling the Klaviyo send, and catching the broken link before a customer does. If you're currently executing someone else's ecommerce strategy and want to own the whole thing, this is a real step up in scope.

You'll report to the Director of DTC and work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Operations. We also have an external developer to manage the websites.

What you'll do

Merchandise the sites

  • Own homepage, collection pages, navigation, and search across both brands — building and QA'ing in Shopify
  • Execute product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions end to end
  • Improve product discovery, cross-sell, and the mobile experience with conversion in mind
  • Keep the storefront clean: pricing, promo codes, links, inventory visibility, imagery, and copy

Run email and SMS

  • Build, schedule, and QA promotional campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Support lifecycle flows, segmentation, and A/B testing alongside Marketing
  • Watch campaign performance and adjust based on what you see

Own the calendar and the numbers

  • Run the promotional calendar across both brands and keep Creative on schedule for assets
  • Report on conversion, AOV, revenue, and campaign performance using GA4 and Shopify analytics
  • Bring us opportunities we haven't spotted yet

What you need

  • 3–5 years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or lifecycle marketing
  • Real hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience — you've built the pages and sent the campaigns yourself
  • Comfortable in GA4 and Excel, and able to explain what the numbers mean
  • Organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable with deadlines
  • Nice to have:
Shopify Plus, apparel or intimates, premium or digitally native brands, A/B testing and personalization tools.

Details

  • Compensation: $90,000–$100,000
  • Schedule: Four days in our Midtown office, remote Fridays
  • This is new role on a team of 6
