Business Systems Analyst
6+ month contract in
Richfield, MN

Qualifications

Skills Overview:
What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?
8+ years in Business Systems Analysis experience (Open to strong candidates with lesser years' experience, but must be submitted at an appropriate rate)
Recent experience with SOAP/REST services
Familiar with HTTP protocol and response codes
Ability to use SOAP/REST clients such as SOAPUI/POSTMAN
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
Has worked in an environment that has short release cycles.
Optional
Understanding of Jira and Confluence tools
Can approach complex problem-solving and troubleshooting tasks with creativity
Not afraid to ask questions and challenge
Experience working in an Agile methodology
Previous Retail/dotcom experience preferred
Extremely good collaboration skills with developers
The team has a high reliance on people being present and in-person
Must be reliable
Attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
Good interpersonal communication style to work with internal and external teams with different methodologies and processes
Comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile team with many moving parts and changes
Enjoys sifting through details for accuracy and completeness
