Job description

Looking for candidates to perform existing condition site surveys at retail locations nationwide with an emphasis on your region. Candidate must be reliable and able to travel and may need a valid driver's license to rent vehicles. If not, valid ID a must. Technician may need to fly, drive or take other modes of transportation to reach destination.


Job duties:

  • Meeting on site personnel in a professional manner.
  • Provide drawings of existing space(s) to be surveyed. Drawings may include, but not limited to a floor plan, ceiling plan, deck plan, HVAC plan, sprinkler plan, & elevations.
  • Fill out a field report with information about the space(s) being surveyed.
  • Take pictures of space(s) to be surveyed.
  • Communicate with Insight office personnel and return information in a timely manner.
  • Meet deadlines and keep a schedule.

Compensation:

  • All expenses will be reimbursed.
  • Paid training.
  • Pay based on a per project basis, no less than $100 per project. Some projects will take more than one day and will be paid accordingly. Difficulty of project will factor in as well. Our most experienced and reliable technicians can make up to $550 per project and can complete some projects in one day or less.
