Job Title: Retail Store ManagerLocation: 1919 North Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, FL 33903Employment Type: Full-Time / Salary / ExemptGoodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive strong overall performance. This senior leadership role is responsible for achieving sales, expense, and profit objectives while ensuring teams are trained to meet production standards, merchandising expectations, customer service goals, and mission integration.
