Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Store Hours:

  • Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Friday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Prep and planning typically occurs Monday through Thursday

Job Overview:
We are hiring a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our retail outlet. This role requires someone with strong retail experience, excellent merchandising instincts, and the ability to manage both people and product in a high-volume, open-warehouse environment. The Store Manager will be responsible for setting the tone for store operations, ensuring floor accountability, and delivering an organized and consistent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and floor execution.
  • Manage and develop store team members, including direct oversight of the Assistant Manager.
  • Maintain high merchandising standards and oversee product presentation, restocking, and organization.
  • Be physically present on the floor, leading by example and actively supporting the customer experience.
  • Handle store openings and closings, cash handling, and daily walkthroughs.
  • Oversee layout adjustments and traffic flow strategies, especially during high-volume weekends and reseller-heavy hours.
  • Collaborate with ownership or leadership to identify areas for operational improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, ideally in an off-price or warehouse-style retail setting.
  • Strong merchandising skills and a good eye for product presentation.
  • Passion for fashion and customer engagement.
  • Comfortable working weekends, extended shifts, and leading during high-volume times.
  • Previous experience at retailers such as TJX, Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Macy’s, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on, organized, and capable of creating a structured, accountable team culture.
