The Role and Impact
In the role of Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key part in optimizing sales operations and driving actionable insights by delivering robust analytics, developing reporting systems, and improving business processes. On a daily basis, you will analyze sales-related data, manage forecasting and planning activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and operational efficiency. Your work will directly support sales strategies and help deliver impactful solutions to meet customer and business objectives.
About the Team
You will be joining the Revenue Operations team within the Network Solutions Group, a team dedicated to driving revenue growth and enabling customer success through innovative solutions and data-driven insights. As part of this dynamic group, you will contribute to Intel's broader mission of delivering world-class technological advancements by ensuring seamless sales operations and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales data to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Execute forecasting, budgeting, and supply/demand planning activities to align sales operations with business goals
• Develop and maintain data visualization and business intelligence reports for performance tracking and planning
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality, availability, and governance
• Support the rollout of sales operation strategies by building foundational datasets and delivering strategic insights to inform decisions
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to translate supply into assured customer commitments
• Communicate with customer procurement teams to comprehend customer requirements and describe available supply and constraints
• Establish processes to provide coverage for business critical roles

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain Management
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in sales operations or data analysis
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms
• Proven expertise in sales data analysis, forecasting, and supply/demand planning
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience in designing and executing business processes for sales operations functions

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $140,230.00-197,980.00 USD
