Description
The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that directly impact Apple's Supply Chain and Retail Fulfillment Operations. In this role, you'll influence, support, and implement forward-looking capabilities to help Apple stay ahead of the competition.
The Retail Fulfillment Operations portfolio spans a wide range of programs, including the expansion of both online and physical retail stores, new and enhanced fulfillment methods, innovative gifting, payment and affordability options, trade-in and repair strategies, retail replenishment and inventory management, and enabling Apple's 2030 sustainability goals. Success in this role requires deep expertise in supply chain fulfillment operations and the ability to manage complex global projects.
This role leads global cross-functional teams to deliver technology and process solutions that improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth across Retail Fulfillment Operations. You'll also partner with senior leadership to define business process and capability roadmaps aligned to Apple's evolving retail strategy.
The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, comfortable driving clarity and decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Broad supply chain management experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, or order-to-cash; payment processing and/or fraud mitigation experience a plus
Relevant experience with online and retail merchandising systems, data management, data architecture, payment, fraud, and CRM systems
Understanding of SAP, SAP Retail, or Warehouse Management Systems
Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across global teams
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Technically curious and quick to adopt emerging technologies; hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools and their operational applications is a plus
Proven self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments - able to structure problems, set direction, and drive progress without a fully defined playbook
Bachelor's degree required; MS (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology) or MS / MBA in (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology) or related field
Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of global supply chain management experience in complex industries
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to any audience level
Self starter
Experience defining and implementing KPIs for operational metrics
Proficient in process mapping and other process analysis techniques
Experience working with business leads to define and execute process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term functional strategies
Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, rollout, training, and post-launch support
Proven track record managing global, complex projects including stakeholder engagement and risk management
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
