Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

Lead end-to-end program delivery across Seller Experience, Local , and Monetization workstreams.

Build, track, and manage project plans, Budget, schedules, and roadmaps.

Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Manage E2E workflows involving engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a connector between Engineering and Product, ensuring clarity on tasks, blockers, technical considerations, and timelines.

Provide clear, concise, and professional status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Domain Responsibilities

Support initiatives in:

Local Marketplace enabling sellers to list and sell items locally including pickup and fulfilment.

Monetization enabling revenue generation and seller-facing features (e.g., transaction flows, seller tools, fee structures).

Seller Experience programs that improve the seller journey and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Software Engineering or technical background (software, systems, or equivalent technical understanding).

5+ years of technical program management or project management experience.

Strong ability to learn quickly, understand technical concepts, and ask the right questions.

Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.

Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing.
