Retail Pro - Full Time or Part Time (hourly, non-exempt)

Location: 90 Center St., Jackson, WY
Reports to: Jackson Store Manager

New West KnifeWorks and MTN MAN Toy Shop offer one of the most original shopping experiences right on the Jackson town square. Our Retail Pros offer an interactive and engaging experience for customers and staff alike. Join our team and learn how our reputation for quality and design is second to none.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain a guest-centric mindset in a selling culture
  • Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors to our store
  • Become a product expert via ongoing product training, showcasing our brand’s quality and functionality to visitors
  • Act as a local guide for all things in and out of our store
  • Keep our store and merchandise looking their best and ready to impress
  • Other duties as assigned, which may include tomahawk tossing and tracking knife sharpening orders

Compensation amp; Benefits:

  • $18/hr base wage + 3% commission on all retail sales (often averaging gt;$25/hr)
  • 401(k) + 4% company match
