Retail Pros are professionals who work in retail environments, responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store appearance. They often provide product information, help resolve customer issues, and ensure that shoppers have a positive experience. Retail Pros may also handle inventory, process returns, and support promotional activities. Their role is essential in driving sales and upholding the reputation of the store.

What are some common challenges faced by retail pros, and how can they overcome them?
