Retail Pro - Full Time or Part Time (hourly, nonexempt)

Location: 1380 Main St., St. Helena, CA
Reports to: St. Helena Store Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain a guest-centric mindset in a selling culture
  • Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors to our store
  • Become a product expert via ongoing product training, showcasing our brand’s quality and functionality to visitors
  • Act as a local guide for all things in and out of our store
  • Keep our store and merchandise looking their best and ready to impress
  • Other duties as assigned, which may include tomahawk tossing and/or knife sharpening after passing in-house certification

Compensation amp; Benefits:

  • $19/hr base wage + 3% commission on all retail sales (often averaging gt;$25/hr)
  • $24/hr sharpening base wage (after completing in-house certification)
  • 401(k) + 4% company match*
