Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world‑class customer experience.   • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience
  • Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning
Sales Management & Revenue Growth
  • Drive district‑wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans
  • Monitor key business metrics including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, customer retention, gross profit, productivity, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results
  • Partner with Store Managers to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency
Talent Development & Coaching
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top‑performing retail leaders
  • Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching sessions
