Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns, website content updates, and analytics reporting across assigned digital platforms.
  • Ensure operational excellence through process documentation, QA protocols, and deployment governance.
  • Manage resource allocation, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

Platform & Data Stewardship

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms.
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure data privacy (e.g., CASL, Bill 25), accessibility, and security standards are upheld.
  • Support integration of digital tools and data sources to enable personalization, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between Digital Operations and internal stakeholders including Technology, Product Owners, Marketing, Legal and Commercial Intelligence teams.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on operational performance, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.
  • Actively participate in vendor selection and vendor management in areas of expertise.
Section B - Skillsets and Experiences Required
  • 9+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SFMC), CMS tools (e.g., Sitecore, SCO), and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Power BI).
