  • Agir comme le visage du Centre de service en offrant des experiences client exceptionnelles, axees sur le soin et l'attention.
  • Encadrer et soutenir l'equipe afin d'identifier les besoins des clients et d'appliquer une approche de vente axee sur la valeur pour atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Batir et maintenir une culture centree sur le client, tant pour les parties prenantes internes qu'externes.

  • Gerer les flux de travail quotidiens, resoudre les problemes et assurer la gestion des escalades pour garantir des operations fluides.

Profil recherche

  • Leader axe sur le client et les personnes, passionne par l'excellence du service, le coaching et l'atteinte des resultats.
  • Professionnel guide par des valeurs qui prone la bienveillance, la collaboration, l'integrite et la responsabilite.
  • Experience en gestion d'equipe, en gestion de la performance et en supervision d'operations quotidiennes (minimum 1 an dans un role de leadership).
