Duration: 3 months - up to 36 hours/week (with possibility of extension)

Location: Montreal, QC

Looking for an internship where you can get hands-on experience in all things HR? Want to learn about payroll, recruitment, volunteering activities, retail operations, and head office projects? This generalist internship is perfect for you!

What you'll do

As an HR intern, you'll have a unique opportunity to explore different aspects of human resources and how our company operates. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting contract processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting with recruitment: reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Helping organize internal activities and volunteer events.
  • Contributing to operations to better understand HR needs in different contexts.
  • Updating and tracking HR data in internal systems, preparing reports and various documents.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth coordination of HR projects.
