What You'll Do

As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Executive, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high net worth personal lines clients
  • Deliver exceptional service while managing all aspects of client insurance programs
  • Build strong, lasting relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction
  • Evaluate coverage needs and identify opportunities for account rounding and risk protection
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to provide timely, proactive service
  • Market and remarket accounts as needed to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Support department growth through client retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and best practices
  • Mentor, guide, and collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Solve complex client issues with confidence, professionalism, and urgency

Qualifications
  • Texas Property & Casualty License required
  • 8+ years of experience in a retail insurance agency environment
  • Experience serving High Net Worth or Private Client customers required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency managing complex client accounts and carrier relationships
