Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at retail stores, events, showroom locations, and RSVP opportunities by creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging customer experience
  • Educate prospective customers on Renewal by Andersen products, the customer journey, and the sales process through clear and confident conversations
  • Guide customers through meaningful conversations to understand their needs and determine how we can best help them
  • Follow the lead management process to generate and set qualified appointments while meeting appointment conversion goals within established guidelines
  • Support event and retail marketing efforts through event participation, showroom schedule coordination, and execution of special requests as needed
  • Set up and tear down booth space, displays, and marketing materials to ensure every location is presentation-ready and on brand
  • Track, report, and accurately enter marketing and lead activity into the CRM system to support campaign visibility and follow-up
  • Deliver a world-class homeowner experience by setting clear expectations, communicating effectively, and bringing our brand promise to life in every interaction
