Understand and hold the responsibility for all business functionality being delivered by the development team

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the client BA’s and understand the unattended retail business
  • Understand the specific business behavior of the existing retail administrative software
  • Understand the interplay between administrative software, the terminals, specialized vending machines and the payment systems
  • Work with the development team to elaborate on the Epics, Features and user stories
  • Be the reference point for the development and testing team for all functional clarifications
  • Participate in client cadence calls for project intake and clarifications
  • Validate the release deliverables before it goes into production.
  • Must be ready to work from Troy, MI location

Skills- Must have

  • Understanding of applications developed in Java
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a lead BA for enterprise projects in Retail domain
  • Understanding of Unattended retail business
  • Must have worked in Agile projects
  • Experience in onshore-offshore coordination
  • Well versed with using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Strong documentation skills : awareness of FRS, Agile documentation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
